Jake Derauf

Hi, I’m Jake.

During my 11 years in the mortgage business, I’ve most enjoyed helping people achieve their dreams and get into their new homes with as little stress as possible. I have worked as a Processor, Closer, Loan Officer, and Marketing Manager in the mortgage industry so I feel pride in making sure that your loan is cared for from beginning to end and you are well-informed on the whole process. I primarily focus on getting first-time homebuyers into their dream homes, and I am knowledgeable in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and MHFA purchase and refinance loans.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children, and our dog.  I also enjoy going up to our families’ cabins and spending time playing at local parks.  And I love my local Minnesota sports teams – even though they are tough to watch sometimes.
